We are looking for two enthusiastic assistant psychologists to help us ensure that the voices of young people and their families are central to the development of our therapeutic services.

As an assistant psychologist, you can expect to work in a variety of roles within Talk Well with a strong focus on co-production, engagement and evaluation. With opportunities to get involved in clinical work, service development and evaluation, this is an exciting role at a time of significant growth for Talk Well. You will be supervised by a qualified psychologist, with the opportunity to tailor the role to your strengths and interests.

Place of Work: Talk Well, Eastgate House, Eastgate House, Eastgate Street, Gloucester GL1 1PX and Vantage Point Business Village, Mitcheldean, Gloucestershire, GL17 0DD. You may also be required to attend Talk Well meetings and training related to the post at various locations across Gloucestershire as required. You will not be required to work outside the UK.

Terms: Fixed term 12 months commencing July/Aug 2025 – September 2026

Post: 37.5 hours per week, including some evening work agreed in advance.

Rate of Pay: Grade B £28,372.50. Rate of pay whole time equivalent.
